A blend of accessible and modified supine, seated and standing poses, deep listening to your body, myofascial release, somatic movement, breathwork and meditation to balance your nervous system. These classes are designed with your needs in mind and they are truly accessible, with modifications, no matter what you are dealing with. Each class allows you to honour your body, your range of movement and individual anatomy. Ellen will work with you to blend the transformative power of yoga with somatic techniques to establish a profound connection with your bodies and inner self.
