Join small group classes that focus on relieving common areas of tension and pain Learn how to move gently and safely to reduce physical symptoms and underlying stress and anxiety. A blend of accessible and modified poses, deep listening to your body, myofacial release, somatic movement, breath work and meditation to soothe your nervous system. Increase your knowledge of your body, the cause of your discomfort and how to work gently and slowing through supine, seated and standing poses to slowly unwind habits of tension. Classes are designed with the needs of the group in mind and are truly accessible to everyone. Each class allows you to honour your body, your range of movement and individual anatomy.
