During your Embodied Gentle yoga class, Ellen will guide you through a variety of yoga experiences, ranging from gentle and soothing postures on the floor to strengthening standing poses to help maintain joint and bone health. You'll encounter elements like mindful breathwork, balance challenges, mobility and strength exercises, develop self-awareness techniques and deep relaxation. Embodied Gentle Yoga isn't just about physical benefits; it's an empowering practice that extends far beyond the mat.
