In this Restorative Sound Healing we’ll use live cello tones—specifically tuned to resonate with each energy centre in the body—to guide you through a meditative, soothing experience. You’ll also explore somatic movement and breath work designed to activate and harmonise the energy centres.

Join Jack Nunn, Ede, and I for a deeply relaxing afternoon at Elwood Angling Club, a peaceful venue with stunning views over the bay. As the gentle sounds of live cello, crystal singing bowls, and guided breath work fill the space, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Afterward, we’ll gather for Ede’s homemade plant-based treats and a warm cup of tea— a perfect way to ground and reflect before heading home.
What to Expect
Throughout the afternoon, we’ll explore the body’s energy centres (chakras) in a practical, accessible way. Each chakra represents different aspects of physical and emotional well-being, from feeling grounded and secure to opening the heart and finding clarity.
