Join us for a deeply nourishing session of gentle embodied yoga led by Ellen and guided journalling with Ingrid Jones, designed to help you release tension, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. This practice weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness, and reflective writing to create a safe and supportive space for self-inquiry and healing.
Through slow, somatic yoga, we will unwind layers of held stress, soften resistance, and cultivate inner listening. The journalling prompts will gently invite you to explore what is ready to be acknowledged, expressed, and let go of, offering clarity and renewal.
