This is a restorative journey designed to help you unwind, breathe deeply, and return to calm presence. With the rhythm of the waves nearby, you'll be guided through a sound and movement experience that invites your body to soften and your nervous system to settle as you connect with your fluid self.
Sound and silence will ebb and flow like the tide, waves of vibration rising and falling, washing through your body, and inviting you to release the year that's been.
This is your opportunity to pause before summer and the business of the Christmas season begins, to let the combination of sound, movement, and the rhythm of the sea restore your inner rhythm and reconnect you with a sense of ease.
